Business Professional Email accounts have the ability to synchronize Microsoft Outlook with your online email, calendar, and contacts.
Business Professional Email accounts can also synchronize with other active-sync enabled devices.
** This article applies to only Business Professional email accounts and does NOT apply to Premium email accounts
To setup a Business Professional Mailbox in your Outlook, you will need the following information
1) Your email address
2) Your email password
3) The mail server mymail.brinkster.com
Configure Outlook to connect to your Business Professional Account.
1) Install the Zimbra Outlook Connector
2) Configure Mail Account in Outlook with appropriate settings
1) Install Zimbra Connector for Microsoft Outlook (ZCO)
- Download the appropriate ZCO .msi installer for your version of Outlook

Some versions of outlook will require a later version of Zimbra connector.
- If Outlook is open, close it.
- Execute (Double-click) the ZCO .msi installation file you downloaded.
The installer will walk you through the installation.

- When finished installing, the Installation Complete dialog displays.
Close the dialog box
2) Configure Outlook with your Business Professional Email account.
- Open Outlook and add a new account.
Outlook may attempt to auto configure your email account
Choose Manually configure server settings. Then click next.
- From the Manual configuration screen, click Other.
- Choose "Zimbra Collaboration Server"
- Click Next
- Fill out the required information.
Server Name: mymail.brinkster.com
Email Address: youremail@domain.com
Password: yourpassword
- You will be required to restart Outlook. Click "OK"
- On the following screen click "Finish" and re-open Outlook.
