Can I have access to the IIS Raw Log files
Shared hosting customers can have access to the Raw Log Files created by IIS. This will place each days log into a directory in your webroot called RAW_LOG_FILES. These logs provide more detailed information about visitors to your site. The logs will be in the form of a text file. If you would like these translated, you can write or obtain a log file analyzer. These can be found by doing a search in an internet search engine such as Google.
If you would like this feature added to your account, please contact Brinkster Support with the following information:
1. Your Brinkster username
2. State that you would like to add the Raw Log Feature to your account.
Note that it takes about 24 - 48 hours for the log files to begin appearing in your web space.
