Your total transfer is the sum of all inbound and outbound traffic and is measured in either Megabytes or Gigabytes per second. As a general rule 500 MB of web traffic is equivalent to your web site being viewed about 20,000 times. (Limited to 16.7 or 66 MB web traffic per day.)
